Booking cancellation policy

In general onetime 5% percent cancellation deposit fee  is required to cancel a services that is already booked. Providers and customers can cancel free of charge with discussion. If the requested service requires extra preparation on the hairstylist side, an additional cancellation charges may apply up to five dollars. In such cases thee professional must notify customers prior to confirming the requested service.
